Online Retreats

The Life-Giving Wounds online healing retreat is a unique and powerful opportunity for adult children of divorce or separation (ACODs) to reflect deeply on the wounds caused by their family’s breakdown and find healing alongside peers who truly understand.

The Fall 2025 retreat runs October 1–November 12, with live sessions held Wednesday evenings from 8:15–10:00 p.m. ET.

Online Support Group

The Life-Giving Wounds online support groups are different than our in-person support groups as they do not follow a set curriculum. Instead, they involve a series of diverse topics from a variety of speakers across the country, such that no two online support groups are the same. Online support groups take place on Zoom once a week for a set number of weeks.
