Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Erin Fabian is a marketing and communications professional passionate about supporting faith-based outreach and mission-driven ministries. She has extensive experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and project management, and holds a Master’s degree in Digital Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Growing up navigating her parents' separation, Erin spent many years seeking affirmation and a sense of belonging. In college, during a season of questioning and growth, she encountered Christ’s healing love through daily Mass and the friendship of someone who truly invested in her. Through prayer, community, and intentionally facing her wounds, she began to mourn her parents’ divorce and root her identity firmly in Christ.

Erin lives in Wilmington, NC, with her husband, where they enjoy spending time at the beach and investing in their local Catholic young adult community. She is grateful to be part of the Life-Giving Wounds team and to walk alongside others on the journey toward hope and healing in Christ.
